Founder, Jacqueline Green

Jacqueline envisioned becoming a parent from her earliest days. Like many, her journey to and through parenthood was joyful, but also confusing and at times lonely. As she navigated the various stages of her parenthood journey, Jacqueline longed for reliable quality support (outside of the doctor’s office) and connection with other parents.

Inspired by her own fertility, pregnancy and postpartum challenges and a deep belief that parents benefit and thrive from accessible, reliable, quality support, Jacqueline left her nearly twenty year career in human capital management (where she coached hundreds of professionals) and pivoted to receive training as a postpartum doula and became a parent coach. Jacqueline brings her expertise and passion together to launch Humm Parenting.

Humm’s name honors Jacqueline’s grandmother - Honey - who loved hummingbirds, gave the warmest hugs, and encouraged Jacqueline to flutter and explore at her own pace, with support close by. Humm aims to emulate and share that same nurturing care for all parents.

Jacqueline is most grateful for her partner, Dave, as well as her two joyful, curious little kiddos.
